Cardinal Change offers the Title IX DEI Bias Prevention Program, which is a unique, comprehensive, and multifaceted program of bias prevention for educational institutions. The program includes training for the institutional participants in the Title IX program (specifically the Title IX Coordinator, investigators, advisors, hearing officers, decisionmakers, and informal resolution facilitators), assessment of the institution's Title IX program and policies to identify any possible bias indicators, and the development of solutions to prevent bias from creeping into the Title IX program.
